Wood, felt and fabric.  Dimensions: 4'8" x 3'6" x 6'3", hanging element: 2'4" x 4'9" x 4'1".



Inspired by a memory of giant stair banisters, configured here as empty parenthesis - backs without a bench, lyre without strings, frame without an image, canopy without a bed… The piece uses references to daily life to construct a meditative space.
